Andrew Bartolotta is a digital media professional connecting passion and purpose through technology. As Communications Manager for cityCURRENT and Lipscomb & Pitts Insurance, LLC, he manages all of our social media and digital outreach for both organizations. If that isn't enough, he assists with all of our events, research and development projects, graphic arts, and GOODworks videos, too!
Equipped with both design and marketing skills, Andrew enjoys using digital media and his social network to empower community problem solvers and to ignite change. During his college years, he volunteered over 1,000 hours of pro-bono skills-based work with local small businesses and nonprofits to expand their communications efforts. Andrew used that experience to bolster impact at his previous job as Senior Communications at Leadership Memphis; and he's currently using those skillsets now as Board Chair for Let's Innovate Through Education and the Memphis Young Professionals for the American Cancer Society.
In 2014, Andrew was invited to the White House twice as a digital media innovator by the Office of Digital Strategy to learn from their team and collaborate with the office on expanding existing content to new digital platforms.
Andrew regularly speaks on the topics of social media and social good at various events and conferences, like the 2015 Points of Light National Conference on Volunteering and Service.
In his spare time, he enjoys visiting the local farmers markets, traveling, and attending Memphis-centric events with friends. He is an alum of Leadership Memphis and an emerging philanthropist through GiVE 365.
