Over the last five weeks we’ve been sharing some of the public nominations that were submitted for our cityCURRENT and WKNO televised awards show, The SPARK Awards. We’ve hardly scratched the surface, in terms of highlighting all of the organizations and individuals who were nominated, but I hope you’ve been inspired seeing and learning about the GOOD taking place in our city. The SPARK Awards 2017 is set to air Monday, December 18 at 8:00 PM on WKNO/Channel 10; and it will be our chance to celebrate 13 of the nominees who were selected as this year’s honorees by the Midtown Memphis Rotary Club. Until then, though, let’s go ahead and wrap up this series with three more nominees, as a thank you to all who are doing GOOD.

Last year 125 girls took part in 41 unique service projects at 31 different nonprofits…”
