JIFF, Inc. JCM Case Manager JIFF, Inc. JCM Case Manager The JCM Case Manager will act as an advocate for eligible JCM/LLT program participants with Christ-Centered Intervention. He will assist in the intake/enrollment process, and monitor assigned case load through office visits, site visits, emails, text, and telephone contact. The Case Manager will work collaboratively with informal and formal community agencies, supporters, parents, and volunteers. The CMS will complete weekly/monthly updates/reports of his case load/assignments. The CM will work in the successful promotion/advancement/recruitment of the JCM youth for the LLT Department.
